In-Studio Classes

The health and safety of our teachers and students are one of our top priorities. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our in-studio classes for kids and adults are temporarily unavailable.

Kids Classes

Pre-School Dance (Dance to Your Own Tune)

These are lively but structured classes that teach children to move with control, coordination and confidence. In these classes, children gain an awareness of their body and how it moves through space; a sensitivity to music; and expression of emotions through movement. This class is appropriate for children from the age of three to four years.

Primary Ballet (Pre-Primary / Primary in Dance)

Focusing on enjoyment while developing the students’ physical skills, stamina, creativity, expression, and musicality, these classes provide an excellent foundation for higher levels and are appropriate for students from the age of five years and over.

Junior Ballet (Grade 1 / Grade 2 / Grade 3)

With stricter focus on ballet technique, these classes are a progression from the Pre-Primary and Primary levels. They help develop motor control, self-expression, physical fitness, stamina, discipline, mental ability and confidence. These levels are appropriate for students from the age of 7 years and over.

Senior Ballet (Grade 4 / Grade 5 / Grade 6 / Intermediate Foundation / Intermediate Ballet)

These classes are for students that have prior ballet training and knowledge of ballet vocabulary and technique. These classes further develop and strengthen motor control, expression, physical fitness, mental ability and self-confidence and provide a good foundation for the advanced levels.

Adult Classes

Adult Ballet

This class is for adults, with or without prior ballet training, who wish to take up ballet as a form of recreation and exercise. Students will not only learn basic classical ballet technique, coordination, musicality and expression; they will also develop physical strength, stamina, mental ability and confidence, thereby promoting overall wellbeing.

Ballet Conditioning

This class complements the classical ballet class and other dance genres. Ballet Conditioning focuses on developing specific muscles in a manner that a dancer would use them, resulting in long and lean muscles, a strengthened core, well-defined legs, strong back and buttocks, and graceful arms. It also develops body coordination. This class would benefit both dancers and non-dancers alike. It is also a good cross-training option for other movement practices, disciplines, and sports/athletics.
